Manufacturing Process
From tech pack to export carton.
A transparent, eight-stage workflow with quality checkpoints at every step — engineered for consistency across thousands of units.
1. Design & tech pack
We translate your concept, sketches or reference samples into a factory-ready tech pack with measurements, materials, trims and construction notes.
2. Pattern & sampling
Master patterns are digitised and graded; our sample room produces development and pre-production samples for your approval before bulk begins.
3. Fabric & sourcing
We source certified fabrics and trims — organic, recycled and performance options — with lab-tested GSM, shrinkage and colour-fastness.
4. Cutting
Automated and manual cutting maximises fabric yield while holding tight tolerances across every size in the ratio.
5. Printing & embellishment
Sublimation, screen, DTG, embroidery and puff — colour-matched to Pantone and cured for wash durability.
6. Stitching
Dedicated lines run flatlock, coverstitch and lockstitch operations with in-line quality checkpoints at every station.
7. Quality control
Every order passes AQL 2.5 inspection — measurements, seams, print and finishing — before it is cleared for packing.
8. Packing & export
Poly-bagging, labelling, cartonisation and export documentation — delivered FOB, CIF or DDP to your destination port.
